SUMMARY

- Here are some female superstars who can benefit from the upcoming drafts.
Now that WrestleMania XL has passed, Triple H wants to transform the WWE and bring in a new chapter. He has long wanted to write a new chapter in the WWE universe, and he now has complete managerial power. Fans and admirers should head to the WWE Draft to mark the beginning of a new era, as there will be plenty of surprises in the following weeks.
Every year, Draft is a unique event well-liked by the supporters. It offers several shocks and has delivered several astounding surprises throughout the years. During the WWE Draft, superstars from SmackDown and Raw may be selected for the competing roster. In addition, several NXT superstars could be called up to the main roster based on their performance.
Outstanding talents such as CM Punk, Randy Orton, Drew McIntyre, and many more are included in this year’s draft. Fans are anticipating huge things from this year’s draft because there is a lot of enthusiasm and hype surrounding the new era. Come along as we examine a few of the possible performers that the WWE Draft may select.
Lyra Valkyria
2020 saw Aoife Cusack, also known as Lyra Valkyria, join the Stamford-based promotion. She has since demonstrated incredible in-ring talent in the NXT brand division. Although she is still working on her promo talents, the WWE Universe has frequently praised her for her in-ring abilities.
In the meantime, it’s important to note that Lyra Valkyria had a significant opportunity in the past. She engaged in a feud with Becky Lynch, one of the top female superstars in the WWE. After defeating Roxanne Perez and Indi Hartwell, Lyra went on to face Becky Lynch.
It may now be appropriate for her to depart from NXT and make her main roster debut. It’s also important to note that Becky Lynch is the WWE Women’s World Champion at the moment. Therefore, after making her main roster debut, Valkyria may fight The Man and rekindle her rivalry with Lynch.
Jade Cargill
Jade Cargill has taken the world of WWE by storm and has gained a lot of fan attention in recent times. She has been at the forefront of the blue brand currently alongside Bianca Belair and Naomi. Cargill aligned herself with them during her first WrestleMania match against Damage CTRL. Looking at her overall profile, Jade displays a hard-hitting style of wrestling which attracts a lot of fans.
With her WrestleMania in the books, she would look to put herself in the title picture. WWE Draft might be the right time to bring her on RAW and have a rivalry for the Women’s Championship. Fans would go crazy seeing the Storm arrive on the Red Brand and conquer the throne.
Chelsea Green
Currently, one of the most popular female performers on the roster is WWE standout Chelsea Green. Following a two-year break, the 33-year-old rejoined the Stamford-based promotion in January 2023, and since then, her performance has been nothing short of remarkable. Fans have loved her character work and promos since her return and want her to get more of the spotlight.
With the WWE Draft right around the corner, switching brands might be the best option for Chelsea. She needs a long storied rivalry to get more over and Draft might provide her with that. Green currently performs on RAW and is not a part of any rivalry. With her being on SmackDown, she might pose a great challenge for Bayley’s World Title.
Roxanne Perez
Roxanne Perez, also known as Carla Gonzalez, joined the WWE in 2022. It follows that Perez has been associated with WWE for the previous 24 months. Meanwhile, she has made great progress in this brief time. Not once, but twice did she win the NXT Women’s Championship. Together with Cora Jade, she also won the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championship.
Nevertheless, Perez recently stated in an interview that she hopes to pick up a WWE Draft pick and be added to either the RAW or SmackDown brand divisions. She retained the NXT Women’s Championship by defeating Tatum Paxley and Lyra Valkyria in a triple-threat match at the 2024 Spring Breakin’.

That could make many wonder how she could get drafted to the main roster as the NXT Women’s champion. This is because Indi Hartwell was the NXT Women’s Champion at the time of her main roster selection in the 2023 WWE Draft. Nevertheless, it remains to be seen whether she will be drafted to the main roster or not.
Bianca Belair
The EST of WWE has been on a roll on SmackDown being a part of a deadly trio including Jade Cargill and Naomi. She has manhandled a lot of vicious opponents in the past and has a rich legacy in the company. After WrestleMania 40, Bianca Belair finds herself in a tough spot as she is not a part of any rivalry going on.
Switching brands might be the best option for Belair and would improve her current status. With superstars like Liv Morgan, Shayna Bazler, and many more old rivals like Becky Lynch, they await Belair on Monday nights. The EST would surely go for another title run soon in her career no matter where she goes. It all comes down to April 26 as the WWE Draft starts from WWE SmackDown and ends on RAW on April 29, 2024.
