Rafael Nadal is one of the greatest players ever to play the sport of tennis. He currently has a record of 22 Grand Slam titles and 14 French Open titles. He has also won the gold medal at the Olympics in both the singles and the doubles categories.
Rafael Nadal is the only player after Andre Agassi to win the Golden Grand Slam. Nadal is also known as the ‘king of clay’ all for the right reasons. A lot of people would claim Nadal to be a clay-court specialist but he is essentially an all-court player and has even defeated Roger Federer consistently.
The best part about Nadal’s career is his records and glory at the Wimbledon. Nadal was the only player to win multiple titles at the Wimbledon when Federer was at the peak of his career. Wimbledon 2008 was the best match to be witnessed and was the epitome of a rivalry between Nadal and Federer.

There were also delays due to rain. Nadal was leading with a 7-8 and he finally dealt a death blow and won his first title in Wimbledon against Roger Federer.
