Andrew Tate has been under house arrest for some time now. Following his arrest and detention late last year, it was a long road to freedom for Tate. However, following his release from prison, Andrew has been keeping a lower profile, trying to enjoy his freedom.
Whilst he is yet to get into the details of his imprisonment and release, he is quite active on his Twitter account. Following their release, both Andrew and Tristan have been under house arrest. As such, they have been taking this time out to rest, replenish and reconnect with their fans and followers.

Recently, in a rather hilarious clip, Top G poked fun at the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism, or DIICOT. Seemingly, with all his vehicles seized by DIICOT, Tate has chosen the electric scooter as his vehicle of choice. “DIICOT took all my cars so I bought 10 Bugattis (scooters). Haha DIICOT, see you at the next house raid”.
As such, Andrew drives off on one of the electric scooters, before beckoning Tristan to come to join him. Notably, the scooters that Andrew has acquired are in fact Bugattis. In 2022, Bugatti, along with tech accessory company Bytech, launched a $1200 electric scooter. Interestingly, the 2023 variant is 10% larger, equipped with a 36-volt/15.6Ah battery, with an electric motor and a maximum output of 1,000 watts. As such, the scooter can handle up to an 18-degree incline, with a max speed of 22 miles per hour.
What is Andrew Tate up to now?
For the most part, Andrew is staying connected with everything that is going on in the world. With their names yet to be cleared completely, the brothers will stay under house arrest, at least until the end of the month. Whilst they did have another hearing, there isn’t any further news regarding their case. In the meantime, Tate has revealed how fans can hear what he has to say in his latest Emergency Meeting.
Although he is out of prison, it is understood that a large number of his possessions are still under the control of DIICOT. Thus, it is believed that all of these holdings will be released to the Tate brothers once the court decides that they are innocent. As such, all that the 4-time kickboxing champion can do right now is wait for the judge’s verdict and the word of their lawyers.

Whilst he is waiting, Andrew is taking the time to catch up on everything he missed. After all, Tate was behind bars since the end of December for up to 92 days. Thus, we have seen him share his thoughts on a variety of different happenings around the world. Notably, Tate has hit back at Greta Thunberg, slammed Sam Smith, praised Achraf Hakimi, and supported Ryan Garcia. As such, Tate is well and truly getting back into the swing of things.
For now, Tate seems to be much more relaxed and at peace. Should he be cleared of any wrongdoing, he will look to get back to preaching his message to the young men of the world. Although he has full faith in his lawyers, only time will tell what the court decides for Andrew and Tristan.
