The tale of Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan’s arrest and detention keeps getting increasingly twisted. With each passing day, a new nugget of information appears that questions the pre-established facts of the case. Either Andrew’s supposed “victims” claim his innocence, or a wiretap that further incriminates the Tate brothers appears.
Andrew Tate also had a lot of his assets seized. The Romanian authorities searched the premises of their home and even seized their cars. However, Andrew and Tristan’s new lawyer, Tina Glandian has given fans an update and some insight into the case on a radio show.
Tina told the host, “When the police raided their properties and searched them and seized all of these items, they didn’t find evidence of crime.” Glandian was adamant that the only reason the brothers had their assets seized was that the Romanian authorities wanted to prove that they were acquired through ill-gotten gains.
Disappointingly, Glandian is not very confident regarding her clients’ immediate release. And she elaborated on this matter earlier in the interview. But she is not very optimistic regarding the timeline of their release. And this may worry some fans of Top G especially after having a peek at his Twitter.
Is Andrew Tate getting out of prison?
Despite the prosecution having the ability to prolong the former kickboxers’ detention, Tina Glandian does not seem too bothered by this. However, she did seem concerned regarding the seizure of the brothers’ assets. But she did shed some light on his release.
She mentioned that the current period of detention would expire on February 27, 2023. However, the prosecution could ask for an extension of another 30 days but they will have to do it soon. And this will lead to another hearing at which Tate can plead his case. But she did also mention that the legal team has prepared a very solid case on their client’s behalf.
She said, “I don’t think there’s been any evidence in terms of them being a danger to the community in terms of committing crimes.” Even though the brothers may not get released soon, how confident the Tates’ lawyer seems may comfort fans. Top G’s fanbase has been panic-stricken ever since he tweeted about being in mortal danger recently.
After all, Tristan and Andrew Tate have been through a harrowing couple of months. Ever since their arrest, fans worried that the matrix would attack them and Andrew’s tweets didn’t help that. However, all they can do now is believe in Tina Glandian and the rest of the legal team to pull through.
