Deontay Wilder has come out strong against current heavyweight kingpin Tyson Fury. Ahead of reports that Wilder may not get a title opportunity until 2021 according to boxing promoter Eddie Hearn, the former champion finally broke his silence on the entire matter. Initially scheduled to take on Fury in the trilogy bout, seems like the much-anticipated bout may not be happening after all.

Tyson Fury is set to take on Anthony Joshua in an attempt to become the undisputed champion of the heavyweight division should Joshua get past Kubrat Pulev later this year. Amidst all this, it has been confirmed that Deantay Wilder won’t fight for the title anytime soon. Meanwhile, Fury is eyeing a title defense against Carlos Takam and has completely shut the idea of a trilogy bout with the Bronze Bomber.
The former heavyweight champion took to Twitter and made some serious accusations about the WBC champion Tyson Fury. Wilder claimed that Fury cheated and called him a “thief” as he begins explaining what really transpired in the rematch which took place back in February this year. After a controversial draw the first time when both the boxers met, Fury edged past Wilder in the rematch earning a stoppage win in the seventh round to hand Wilder the first loss of his professional boxing career.
In the rematch agreement, there was a rematch clause. Now it is time for you to be a man and honor your word, instead of trying to weasel out of our agreement. Scared people run but a scary man will break his contract you coward Azz B**čh!#BombZquad#TilThisDay

Wilder called out Fury and demanded his trilogy bout. The Bronze Bomber reminded Fury about how he had agreed to the rematch despite being offered more money to take on Anthony Joshua. Wilder also claimed that Fury tampered with his gloves in both bouts, causing more damage in the second which ultimately left a dent on his skull. Needless to say, the accusation is strong and boxing is divided as to what really happened.
Deontay Wilder targets Tyson Fury – Calls his trainer disloyal
Deontay Wilder broke his silence after almost eight months since his loss to Fury. “silence is golden, but my ears can still hear and my eyes can still see” Wilder starts the video.
“What you don’t understand thief, what you did is what my people did before the time. Someone cheating on for proving the greatness in the world.” Wilder can be seen saying. “In the end, it took a crap in a bucket referee and a disloyal trainer to put the towel in just to stop me.”
The former heavyweight champion also called out Mark Breland. During the second fight, Breland took the call to stop the fight. However, they did not go well with Wilder who later sacked Breland for his decision to throw in the towel.
