After dominating the boxing world for over a decade, Floyd Mayweather has set his eyes on becoming a trainer. Young boxing sensation Gervonta Davis is already shining under the training of boxing legend, Floyd Mayweather.
However, Mayweather wants to train someone who has way more impact on sports at the moment than Davis. Mayweather has offered to train Deontay Wilder after the rematch with Tyson Fury. And in a recent interview with Club Shay Shay, Money May again offered to train Wilder ahead of the anticipated trilogy between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury.
When Mayweather was asked whether Wilder can beat the likes of Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua, Floyd stated:
“Tyson Fury is solid. He got skills. Deontay Wilder, he got bombs. That’s why he is called the Bronze Bomber. One equalizer can end the fight. The only thing he needs is the basic fundamentals. And I can do the rest.”

Many controversies are there surrounding the Wilder vs Fury 2 but it can not be denied that Tyson Fury exposed the skillsets of Deontay Wilder. He bullied the bully inside the boxing ring and got the job done in 7th rounds. It was one of the most impressive performances in the history of boxing.
After the loss, many fans have jumped off the bandwagon of Deontay Wilder. But, not Floyd Mayweather. The former champion si more than happy to help WIlder in his training camp for the trilogy against Fury. Mayweather stated:
“I can help him. I can really help him. Deontay Wilder is with us anyway. I’m here to help fighters. Even Deontay Wilder. All he got to do is let me know.”
Though Mayweather wants to have an impact as a trainer he might make his boxing return soon. The rumors of Floy Mayweather returning to the boxing ring to fight youtube star Logan Paul have been catching fire lately. Even if this fight does not make sense but it would get the attention of fans as long as they can see the greatest boxer of this era in the boxing ring.
