Recently, Andrew Tate appeared before a court to appeal against his 30-day detention. Despite presenting a variety of reasons, their appeal was rejected, confining the Tates to their cells, once again. However, one of his assistants, Georgiana Naghel that was also arrested, has been allowed one day of release.
Rumored to be one of Tate’s angels,Georgiana Naghel was allowed to leave the detention center in order to attend the funeral of a close relative. Whilst being led away from the center, reporters and journalists were able to get a few questions in. Although it was originally in Romanian, the conversation has since been translated.
Responding to accusations of having aided the Tates in illegal activities, Georgiana Naghel says that they are innocent. Additionally, she adds that any and all evidence against the Tates is ‘fabricated’ and ‘manufactured lies.’ Previously, Andrew, his brother Tristan and two other female accomplices were apprehended on charges of human trafficking, r*pe, and organized crime.
According to reports, Tate’s female accomplices were involved in illegal activities and physical abuse against other female workers. As such, we have also seen reports from various media outlets, revealing leaked conversations admitting to violence and fraud, among other things.
For the most part, the woman in question believes that there is no ‘real’ evidence against her or the Tates. As such, she claims that the Tates never misbehaved or abused her or anyone else either. Currently, she is back at the detention center after attending the funeral.
Andrew Tate’s Assistant reveals who is behind their arrest
One of the key takeaways from the short interaction was the possibility of another party in play. Responding to who would have the means and motive to frame the Tates, Tate’s assistant gives an intriguing answer. “The orders are from abroad,” she says.
Further, the reporters on the scene ask Tate’s assistant if there are any parties that have problems with the brothers. Georgiana Naghel simply responds, “Yes, they speak the truths that hurt.” Whilst there is very little evidence of foul play from any outside party, Tate’s accomplice remains adamant about it.
For now, Tate and Co. will remain in custody, for at least the prescribed 30 days. In the meantime, Tate’s vehicles, including his Bugatti, have also been seized from his compound. Additionally, there were also reports of Tate being hospitalized due to a lung nodule, but he has since been in stable condition.
However, it does not end there for Tate as there are rumors of his detention period getting extended to 180 days. As it happens, the judge presiding over the case believes that the Tate brothers have the financial means to flee the country and hinder the investigation process. Thus, they will be in detention for the initially ordered 30 days. It is believed that if guilty, Tate may end up going to jail for 15-20 years.
Do you think Andrew and Co. will be deemed innocent at the end of his 30-day detention? Do you believe his assistant’s claims about other powers in play? Will Tate ever see the other side of prison ever again? Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
