Gervonta ‘The Tank’ Davis is one of the brightest prospects in all of the boxing at the moment. He is coming off a dominating victory over Mario Barrios. Making his pro debut in 2013, Davis has a collective record of 25-0. Out of his 25 victories, 24 of them have come via Knockout. Only the fight against German Ivan Meraz went to decision.
Davis is famous for his aggressive style of boxing. Which is contradictory to his mentor Floyd Mayweather’s style. With explosive power in his hands, the 27-year old Southpaw boxer is destined to become the next giant PPV star similar to Floyd Mayweather.

Gervonta Davis has 220 amateur fights. Tank’s amateur career was just as acclaimed as his Pro career. He won many accolades throughout his career. Tank is a three-time National Silver Gloves Champion. He won his one and only Golden Gloves Championship in 2012. Gervonta defeated Michael Stoute, Jason Sanchez, Joet Gonzalez, Hector Rendon and Joseph Rodriguez.
He partook in USA National Championship in the same year. But Davis did not succeed as aforementioned Joet Gonzalez beat him in the 56 kg division. Other than those, Gervonta won the Police Athletic League (PAL) 2 times
The tank has won 205 fights in his amateur career while losing only 15. His spectacular record indicated a career of domination. Gervonta Davis will look to continue his winning as he takes on Isaac Cruz on December 6.
