“I Am Not a Victim”- Even Andrew Tate’s “Victim” Calls Tate Brothers Innocent, Says Prosecutors Are Using Andrew Tate Controversy for Benefits

One of the women on the prosecution’s list of victims in the Andrew Tate case came forward to drop a bombshell on Twitter. She claimed in a video that despite being on the prosecution’s list, she was not a victim of the Tate brothers. These revelations, made by a supposed victim no less, are pretty shocking.

Twitter user freetatejasmina, posted a video on her Twitter where she alleged that she was forced to accuse the Tates falsely. She said, “I am not a victim. There are no victims in the case even though the prosecution tells me that I am.” 

“The prosecution has no evidence to support their claims and they will find no evidence since there is no truth to this allegation. It is the most corrupted case- in Romania- I’ve ever seen. They’re holding innocent people in jail for nothing. I need you to wake up and see what is going on around you,” continued Jasmina. These claims make the case against Top G and his brother seem very suspicious.

Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested on December 29 on charges of human trafficking, rape, and suspected ties to organized crimes. However, according to this “victim,” it would seem these serious were only levied at the brothers so that a “prosecutor can try to get a promotion.” This case is getting more and more complicated with each passing day.  However, the brothers see no respite with their detention extended till February 27.

Why is Andrew Tate being charged if he is innocent?

The charges against Andrew Tate and his brother are quite serious in nature. Nevertheless, several sources have claimed that these charges against the brothers are bogus and unfounded. Jasmina, the woman who is on the victim’s list is yet another person who claims that the charges are false.

And Jasmina claims to know why these accusations were levied at the brothers. She said that she was forced to make a “false confession.” According to her, the upcoming DICOT election is why all this is happening. And she thinks someone contesting the election is pulling the strings and wants to use the Tates’ arrest to enhance their campaign.

The Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DICOT) is the agency that is pursuing the case against Tate. And Jasmina alleges that the agency is rife with corruption and power-hungry individuals who flaunt the law. However, had that solely been the case, Top G and his brother would be free by now. Only due legal process will reveal the truth behind the Tates’ arrest.
