The hugely anticipated return of boxing heavyweight great Mike Tyson is almost here, with the former Champion set to take on another Middleweight great in the form of Roy Jones Jr. on Novemeber 28th later this year. Both the boxers have looked in good shape in the lead-up to the bout, with Mike Tyson showing his explosive power inside the ring even at 54.

Earlier, Tyson almost knocked out his trainer during a training session, with multiple videos on social media showing Mike Tyson in great shape. Tyson is able to carry great power and looked to land lethal shots on the punching bag ahead of his epic showdown against Roy Jones Jr.

Roy Jones Jr’ still feels that nothing has changed for Mike Tyson, and that he is till the explosive boxer who used to be a force inside the boxing circuit back in the days.

“He’s still Mike Tyson, he’s still one of the strongest, most explosive people who ever touched a boxing ring. If anything, I made a mistake going in with him. He’s the bigger guy, he’s the explosive guy,” Jones told Sky Sports, adding that he believed this would be a real fight.

Roy Jones Jr. revealed that he feels that the bout will be a real bout. However, the much anticipated showdown is expected to be an exhibition bout with both boxers expected to showcase their skill-set inside the boxing ring.
“When it comes time to fight, we’re going to fight. If it comes down to bite, we’re going to bite. Whatever has to happen, is going to happen, that’s just what it is.” Jones Jr. stated.
