The Problem Child’s power was at the full display as he shut the lights out of Woodley with a right hand in the sixth round of the fight. Getting into the details of the bout, both boxers moved cautiously in the initial rounds as they were wary of each other’s knockout power.
In the third round of the bout, Jake suffered a cut on his head due to an accidental elbow by Woodley. Thereafter The Chosen One landed some good combinations and won the third round. The fourth round was very eventful as Tyron Woodley landed an illegal knockdown by taking down Jake.
Consequently, with both fighters constantly grabbing each other and trading some good shots, it looked like the fight could go either way. However, Paul took full advantage of Woodley’s small lapse of concentration by landing a powerful right hand in the last minute of the sixth round.
