Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua will determine the best heavyweight of this generation. Though Fury seems a favorite going into this fight it would not be wise to underestimate Anthony Joshua who has defied the odds many times in his career.
While the fans are split on deciding who would win this heavyweight showdown The Gypsy King seems confident that he would knock out Anthony Joshua. Tyson Fury even laid out his game plan to beat Joshua in front of Eddie Hearn in a recent podcast with No Passion No Point. Fury stated:
“I will tell you what punch, even give my game plan away. It’ll be a check left hook to the temple. He’ll fall on his face. He may get up, then I’ll knock him out with the overhand right, goodnight.”
After years of waiting the fans will finally have a unified heavyweight champion in boxing when Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua face each other. At the moment, the fight is reportedly set for August 7, 2021.

Fury does not believe that Anthony Joshua is as great as the fans think he is. In fact, he has called Joshua is a worse fighter than the former WBC champion Deontay Wilder. And here, Tyson Fury insults Anthony Joshua by calling him an amateur who achieved great things just because of smart management by his team. Fury told to Eddie Hearn:
“You’ve done an absolutely fantastic job, congratulations. You(Eddie Hearn) took an amateur boxer and made him into a superstar and finished the article. It’s just a shame he has to be in the same era as the Gypsy King.”
It’s needless to say that this fight is going to a barn burner. Unfortunately, it might not take place in the UK. As per reports Fury vs Joshua could take place in Saudi Arabia.
