Finally, after weeks of struggle, there is some good news for Tate fans. As the deadline for their detention approaches, there is a chance that Andrew Tate and the other detainees will walk free. As such, one of the Tates’ lawyers believes that the saga will soon come to a close.
Eugen Vidineac, one of the lawyers representing team Tate, revealed the magistrate is likely to come to a favorable solution by the end of the month. Previously, their other lawyer, Tina Glandian, revealed that they will be appealing the expiring detention order.
Now, we have word from Vidineac about the situation on the ground. “Through the efficiency of the defense, we say that we have effectively paralyzed the evidence administered until now in the case, so that the grounds have ceased, and the new grounds are not likely to lead to an extension of the measure of preventive detention.” Further, he revealed that they are “very confident” as the prosecutor’s office has failed to bring in new evidence.
According to another lawyer, there was only one other issue, which was brought up by DIICOT. According to them, the brothers’ attitude following their arrest was a cause for concern. However, the defense believes that it is an unjust and unproven issue, one that most certainly does not support a case for further preventive detention. Thus, the prosecution is seemingly grasping at straws to keep the Top G in jail.
Andrew Tate believes he will be freed soon
Prior to the lawyer’s statement, Andrew shared a message stating he will be freed soon. Andrew’s team posted an encouraging message to Twitter on his behalf. Fans of the social media influencer have been pining for his release for a long time now. As such, they welcomed the news of Tate’s potential release with open arms.
Ever since the arrest, and in the little we’ve heard from the Tates, there has been an emphasis on the fact that there is no evidence against them. Previously, the authorities confiscated $4 million in assets, trying to prove that they were ill-gotten gains. However, it seems that they have been unsuccessful in their attempts to dig up credible evidence against the former 4-time kickboxing world champion.
My Legal team has done a fantastic job today.
As of today,
The Judges have been given a very close understanding of the Truth behind the allegations against me.
True colors were brought to light.
Inshallah, I will be freed.

Recently, investigative journalist Sulaiman Ahmed also backed these claims and revealed how the Romanian authorities were allegedly trying to withhold information from the lawyers. Despite their attempts, it appears as though Eugen Vidineac and Tina Glandian have been able to clear Tate’s name, and will see them released soon.
Currently, there is no official statement from the court regarding the release. Following the next hearing, fans can expect to hear an official verdict and hopefully, the release of the brothers from custody. Although there is no date confirmed, expect the saga to come to a close by next month.
