The rivalry between Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury will probably go down in history as one of the greatest rivalries in boxing in the modern era. The undefeated KO specialist Deontay Wilder took on Tyson Fury and settled on a controversial draw in the first fight. However, Fury came much stronger in the second fight, picking up a TKO win in the seventh round of the fight. While everything pointed at Fury going forward to defend his WBC and lineal title in a unification bout against Anthony Joshua, Wilder used the right for the third match to open up a potential trilogy between the two boxers.

It was revealed that Tyson Fury has signed a two-fight deal with Anthony Joshua. However, it remains to be seen if Fury will be victorious against KO specialist Deontay Wilder. Fury took to Twitter and called out the former Champion.

In the post Fury posted on Twitter, he called out Wilder and hinted at potential bouts with other boxers. Early last week, Dillian Whyte called out Tyson Fury.

The winner of Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder will take on the winner of Anthony Joshua vs Kubrat Pulev in a unification title bout for the IBF, WBA, WBO, AND lineal Heavyweight Championship of the world. Joshua will defend his title in a mandatory title defense against Kubrat Pulev. It will be interesting to see where the Heavyweight division goes from here. Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder will also fight this Saturday for the interim WBC Heavyweight Championship. The division looks solid and has a lot of interesting match-ups going forward. Boxing fans can expect firecrackers inside the ring when boxing resumes across all divisions.
