The potential boxing fight between Andrew Tate and Jake Paul has taken a sour turn. In recent months, the highly-anticipated bout was almost official. They were in a negotiating phase but so far nothing has been confirmed.
Meanwhile, Tate has repeatedly stated that his fight with ‘The Problem Child’ will not happen. ‘Top G’ previously said that there are a lot of negotiations involved. His brother, Tristan Tate also confirmed this and added “there’s too much mutual respect” between the two teams.

In a recent podcast, Tate confirmed again that he won’t be fighting Paul. ‘Top G’ blamed the negotiation process and his “large business Empire” for this. Tate said: “I don’t think Jake and I are gonna end up fighting. There’s too much negotiation, paperwork behind the scenes, and things I can’t discuss publicly.
“But I actually like Jake as well when I first called him out three or four years ago it would’ve made a lot of sense for him and me. But time passes, things go on and I don’t think there’s anyone else worth a billion dollars who’s bothered training for YouTube boxing fights. I have things to do, I have large business Empire and I have a lot to get done,” Tate added.
Tate implied that he doesn’t have the time to train for any other YouTubers other than Paul, as he has multiple businesses. He owns casinos, used to hold business classes through his ‘Hustler’s University’, and other e-commerce ventures.
At this point, it is pretty clear that the chance of Tate fighting Paul is close to zero. Moreover, Tate keeps blaming the negotiations and paperwork for the delay of this bout. However, there has not been concrete confirmation about the bout either way. So fans will have to wait to see if this fight can come to fruition.

Controversial Internet star Andrew Tate believes that Jake Paul is the only YouTuber who can fight. Tate dismissed everyone else as “complete clowns”. ‘Top G’ initially disliked Paul but as ‘The Problem Child’ kept displaying his boxing prowess and he earned Tate’s respect.
In recent months, Tate admitted that he likes Paul now. Paul’s fight with UFC legend Anderson Silva has also helped to establish his name in the combat sports world. In the same podcast, Tate said: “Jake Paul is the only one of the YouTube boxers who can actually fight. All the rest of them are complete clowns.”
YouTube boxing has gained a lot of popularity among fans. Many influencers and YouTubers have transitioned into boxing to try their luck and earn massive paydays. However, only a few have been successful like Paul, and KSI. Apart from Paul, KSI has also shown a lot of improvements. The British boxer recently beat two opponents in the same night.
Paul’s brother, Logan Paul, also tried to enter the realm of boxing but failed. His first exhibition boxing fight against KSI resulted in a draw. Then he lost his second bout against the British YouTuber-turned-boxer, which was also his pro debut. Logan also faced the boxing legend, Floyd Mayweather, in an exhibition bout.
Tate might like Jake but the same cannot be said about Logan. ‘Top G’ and Logan often go back and forth on social media. Tate also has a rivalry with KSI as well. But, as things stand, it is highly unlikely that Tate returns to fighting anytime soon unless the opponent is Jake Paul.
