Andrew Tate recently gave a huge update regarding his release. After his arrest on December 29, 2022, Romanian authorities kept him in detention. Tate was not alone as he was accompanied by his brother Tristan Tate, and his Tate’s Angles, Luanda Radu and Georgiana Naghel. However, it looks like Luana and Georgiana are getting out of detention very soon!
The case had another hearing on February 21. While Tate’s lawyers appealed against the detention orders before, they were unsuccessful in bailing out their clients. With Andrew’s 60-day detention coming to an end in the latter days of February, Tate’s legal representatives had another chance to get Tate out of jail. Although the court did not release Top G, there is a significant update on the matter.
According to a report from The Guardian, the Romanian court has extended Tate’s stay in detention for 30 more days! There were previous reports of the prosecutors asking for a total of 180 days of detention period for Andrew Tate. Although the court did not extend Andrew’s for quite that long, Tate is now set to stay in jail for a total of 90 days.
However, the report also added that Naghel and Radu will be let go from detention and put under house arrest. Naghel and Radu were Tate’s associates, hence it is interesting to see that the two women are getting released, while Andrew and Tristan are in jail. It directly contradicts what he and his legal team have to say about his potential release. So how are fans reacting to it? Let’s find out.

Ok so I’m still not a Tate fan but it seems like they have nothing against him since they arrested then. Curious to see how they will handle the seized materials if they have to release them at some points

They have no proof so they already made it like 90 days?

Why haven't they charged him yet? Don't they have enough evidence?

It looks like the fans are getting increasingly restless about the situation and they want their hero to be released soon!
Andrew Tate remains optimistic about his release from detention
The Guardian report also sheds more details about what the authorities found at Tate’s compound. Apparently, they have found weapons and large amounts of cash. It subsequently led to the authorities seizing a lof Tate’s properties in the country. Apparently, there were many luxury cars among the confiscated possessions. On top of that, he was also accused of r*pe, human trafficking, and organized crime.
Apparently, he seduced women and promised them a long-term relationship. However, Tate reportedly tricked them into producing adult content. In April 2022, they were reportedly rescued from Andrew’s Romanian property. Hence, DIICOT opened an investigation against him and it ultimately led to his detention in December last year.
Since the whole fiasco was unearthed, many rushed in to support Tate. From Tate’s ex-girlfriend to his former employee to his friends, Tate got a lot of support. However, he is a polarizing figure in the court of public opinion. While some are praying for his release, others are not so warm to the idea. However, his fans were overjoyed once they heard Tate may be released soon!
My Legal team has done a fantastic job today.

As of today,
The Judges have been given a very close understanding of the Truth behind the allegations against me.
True colors were brought to light.
Inshallah, I will be freed.
Taking to Twitter, Tate revealed that he will get released soon. His claims were backed up by his lawyer Eugen Vidineac, who stated that they may soon reach a settlement with the magistrate as there was a lack of evidence. There was also some alleged evidence that Tate was framed. However, for now, Tate will remain in custody for 30 more days, which will continue till the end of April.
