The press conference for the upcoming fight between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley ends in a brawl after one of the team members of Jake Paul had an altercation with Woodley’s mother, Deborah Woodley.
The press conference was full of heated back and forth between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley. And both predicted a violent finish for the fight on August 29th.
After the faceoff things got out of hands when Tyron Woodley’s sister confronted one of Jake Paul’s team members for going back and forth with Woodley’s mom. Though Paul’s teammate denied any trash talk to Woodley’s mother it did not stop a furious Tyron Woodley and his team members to confront Jake Paul’s team.
Fortunately, there was no physical altercation during the press conference and Tyron Woodley left the venue soon after. The former UFC champion even said that the disrespect shown by Jake Paul’s teammates will not be tolerated. However, he also said that this won’t derail him from the game plan for his next fight.

Tyron Woodley issues statement after the brawl at press conference
Addressing the confrontation at the press conference, Tyron Woodley stated:
“It would not be tolerated. They are a whole bunch of f***g goofies. At the end of the day, they did not like what I said, which is the truth.”
The former UFC champion explained what happened during the faceoff and stated: “I am doing the faceoff, and I hear they are going back and forth with my mom. Anytime, something is going back and forth, that is unacceptable. I don’t care who you are, what nationality you are, that’s unacceptable.”
Now though it’s not confirmed what Jake Paul’s teammate said to Deborah Woodley it is needless to say that this situation was completely unnecessary.
Deborah Woodley has been one of the most loved personalities in the MMA community for her kind-hearted gestures during UFC events. She was even nice and kind when she ran into Jake Paul’s mother, Pammela Stepnick during the first press conference.
However, on the flip side, this brawl will certainly bring more attention to the whole event especially to the main event between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley. As per reports, the pre-event PPV buys have been very promising and the fans can expect an entertaining night on August 29.
