Andrew Tate, one of the most controversial personalities on the planet, makes some shocking comments on the Jordan Neely situation. For those who are unaware, Jordan Neely, a homeless man, was recently choked to death in New York. The incident took place in the Manhattan subway station, inside a northbound F train. A freelance journalist, Juan Alberto Vazquez filmed about 3 minutes of the harrowing incident.
According to eyewitnesses, a 24-year-old former Marine Crops. officer locked in a rear-naked choke on Neely for about 15 minutes. Neely was reportedly acting up inside the train and started yelling. The 30-year-old, who was a Michael Jackson impersonator, reportedly had 40 prior arrests.
However, Neely’s outburst inside the train had more to do with him being hungry and thirsty. But, the former Marine decided to take matters into his own hand and pinned him to the ground.
Despite being taken to the hospital pretty much immediately, Neely was pronounced dead and it was ruled a homicide by New York’s Office of the Medical Examiner. But the man, who applied the chokehold on Neely, was initially let go without any charges, which led to massive protests from every corner of society. However, Andrew Tate has a different take on the matter.
Andrew Tate breaks silence on Jordan Neely’s unfortunate death in an NYC subway
Jordan Neely had a troubled life prior to his death. Aside from his troubles with the law, Neely had addiction problems and mental health issues all his life. His mother, Christie Neely, was also strangled to death by her boyfriend Shawn Southerland. Her body was discovered inside a suitcase on a roadway in the Bronx. The 2007 incident affected Neely deeply, which led to him leading a very messy lifestyle.
After the incident, former UFC fighter Jake Shields called Neely a “black junkie” and praised the men who were involved in the incident. Although Andrew Tate did not go quite that far, he also made some questionable remarks on the matter. Tate, who has been de-platformed from YouTube, has found a new home in Rumble. In a video on the platform, Top G explained what he would do in a scenario like that.
He revealed, “It’s actually quite a difficult question to answer. If I was on that subway and that guy was being a d***head, I would try my best to ignore him. I wouldn’t want to be a superhero because I understand, in New York, the government, who I pay taxes to, will destroy my life and lock me away for trying to protect other New Yorkers. So I would sit there and just think, ‘F**k it.'”
Tate continued, “But if it got to a point where he attacked me or attacked an old lady or something that I really believe that (I) truly had to intervene, I would have hit him, likely. I wouldn’t have choked him for 10-15 minutes. I would have hit him once, knocked him out. Who says I wouldn’t have killed him?”

Andrew was hinting toward his elite striking skills, which made him a 4-time kickboxing champion. He then went on to take a dig at Neely’s financial situation to illustrate why people should avoid using the subway. Andrew said, “All of these situations, are brokie situations. So I explain to people, the simple answer is, don’t be poor.”
Tate is currently under home arrest after spending 92 days in captivity in Romania. He is currently under investigation for r*pe, human trafficking, and organized crime. But the controversial lifestyle guru has repeatedly denied all the accusations and maintains that he is being framed.
