“Conor Can’t Punch”- Floyd Mayweather Wants a $300 Million Rematch With Conor McGregor

Ever since Conor McGregor jumped over to the boxing world to fight Floyd Mayweather many UFC fighters have tried to make their boxing debut. Jorge Masvidal called out Canelo Alvarez for a mega showdown while Henry Cejudo is still campaigning for a fight against Ryan Garcia.

However, no one has been able to secure a fight against a top boxer yet except Conor McGregor. And it seems he is going to do it again when he takes on Manny Pacquiao in a historic battle.

However, if that fight does not come to fruition we might end up seeing the rematch between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather. The former UFC champion is certainly interested to avenge his loss to Mayweather.

And The Money Mayweather has made his intentions clear in a recent interview on Club Shay Shay. Mayweather said he will “absolutely” fight Conor McGregor in a rematch. He believes that McGregor is an easy fight for him compared to the young boxing stars competing right now.

Mayweather even went forward to predict the outcome of the potential rematch. Mayweather said that he would drag McGregor into the deep water and beat him just as he did the last time.

“I could pick an easy 300 million, Absolutely. same way same result(Mayweather predicting the rematch).”

Will Conor McGregor Fight Floyd Mayweather Next?

Floyd Mayweather is not thrilled to fight the boxers of this generation even for an amount of $150 million since he has prioritized his health over the rest. He thinks McGregor is a low risk and high reward match and that’s why he will be extremely happy for a match with either Conor McGregor or Khabib Nurmagomedov.

“Not enough. Absolutely not enough(Mayweather fighting the boxing champions of this generation). My health is more important. Conor can’t punch. He can’t punch.”

UFC is targetting a rematch between Conor Mcgregor and Dustin Poirier. As of now, Dustin Poirier has accepted the fight. McGregor might accept the Poirier fight or try to finalize the million-dollar dance with Manny Pacquiao. And with Mayweather willing to have a rematch with Conor, the Notorious One definitely has a very tough decision to make.
