In one of the most stacked divisions in UFC, Calvin Kattar has been able to make a huge impact in the last few years. The ranked number 5 featherweight has notable wins over Jeremy Stephens, Dan Ige, Shane Burgos, and Giga Chikadze.

In 2021, Calvin Katter suffered a devastating loss to Max Holloway and absorbed a record number of strikes in a UFC fight. However, he managed to bounce back from the loss with a dominant performance over Giga Chikadze, who was on his way to a title shot.

And it won’t be crazy to predict Calvin Kattar to get a title shot in the near future if he continues to impress the UFC matchmakers. In this article, we look at the fight purses Kattar has been able to earn throughout his UFC career.

The Boston Finisher made his UFC debut in 2017 against Andre Fili at UFC 214. He won the fight via decision and earned a fight purse of $26,500( $12,000 to show, $12,000 win bonus, $2,500 Reebok Sponsorship).

Calvin Kattar suffered his first loss in UFC against Renato Carneiro by decision at UFC 223. He earned a modest $19,500 for his showing at UFC 223.

However, he bounced back with a TKO win over Chris Fishgold and earned a fight purse of $92,000 with a win bonus of $44,000.

Since then Calvin Kattar has fought top featherweights such as Zabit Magomedsharipov, Max Holloway, Dan Ige, and Giga Chikadze. Kattar lost to Zabit Magomedsharipov in a close fight in his first UFC main event.
