Starfield, the eagerly awaited sci-fi role-playing game from Bethesda Games Studios, has finally been made available through early access. The gamers are ready to delve into a fresh world brimming with intriguing lore and fresh stories.
There are numerous factions in the galaxy of Starfield, and they have divided the known systems. Each group will have a unique area with a governing body and police force to keep an eye on the residents.
You can join a variety of Starfield factions as your quest progresses. Although a small number of people from each group may also have an important role in the main plot, these organizations typically have their own objectives that must be met.
Factions in Starfield
There are numerous Starfield factions that the players can join. All of them have a specific ideology and the players need to complete a certain number of tasks in order to become a part of these factions. Here’s a list of factions and ways players can become a part of them:
Crimson Fleet
One of the United Colonies’ main adversaries is the legendary space pirate group known as the Crimson Fleet. The Kryx star system is home to its administrative center, The Key. Throughout the main quest line, players will run into them at various times.
The chance to become part of the Crimson Fleet truly arises during the operation “Deep Cover.” When players are arrested for crimes like pickpocketing or smuggling illegal goods, they are sent to see Commander Ikande of UC Security, who is going to provide them with an infiltration mission.
Sanctum Universum
The House of the Enlightened is opposed by the organized religion known as the Santum Universum. This monotheistic religion worships God and holds that He is guiding mankind toward a meeting with Him.
By choosing the “Raised Universal” attribute in character creation, players are able to enter the Sanctum Universum. They will have special ways to communicate with the faction as a result.
House of Enlightened
A group of dogmatic atheists who place the deity of the human spirit above all else is known as the Enlightened. They labor across the Settled Systems to strive to bring a fundamental degree of fairness to all of its residents. Picking the “Raised Enlightened” characteristic, individuals may become members of the House of the Enlightened. along with exclusive dialogue options when speaking with specific faction members.
Ryujin Industries
This is a technocratic megacorp with its headquarters on the planet Volii-Alpha’s cyberpunk city of Neon. In terms of ethical dubiousness, Ryujin Industries is a little less covert and prioritizes profit over all else. During the mission “Back To The Grind,” players will have the chance to join Ryujin Industries.
Players can fill out a job request at one of the city’s checkpoints once they arrive in Neon. After that, do an interview and complete some errands. All it takes is that.
Which #Starfield Faction are y’all choosing on your first run?! 🤔 I’m stuck between Freestar Collective and Crimson Fleet pic.twitter.com/Iz1oFjNMjY

Constellation
The retrieval of artifacts is the main goal of this team of space explorers. Sebastian Banks founded Constellation in 2275, and its main goal is to learn everything there is to know about the world and to solve all of its greatest mysteries.
Soon after the operation begins, players will be able to join Constellation. Players can embark on the mission “The Old Neighborhood,” which takes them to Earth’s solar system, by going to The Lodge in New Atlantis.
House Va’ruun
The Great Serpent’s apocalyptic reappearance is the central tenet of the cult religion known as House Va’ruun. Uncertainty surrounds the cult’s history, however, it is said that it began after a grav-jump.
At the beginning of the game, the player has the option to side with House Va’ruun by choosing the “Serpent’s Embrace” characteristic while creating their character. As a result, they will receive bonuses for using grav-jumps and penalties for not using them for a certain amount of time.
Freestar Collective
Within the Settled Systems, this libertarian government is in charge of the systems Cheyenne, Narion, and Volii. Players will travel to Akila City, the Freestar Collective’s capital, with Sam Coe pretty early in the game’s narrative. Players can become a Freestar Ranger, an enforcer for the Freestar Collective.
The player will first need to carry out a few tasks to demonstrate their allegiance to the group before being formally accepted.
United Colonies
The United Colonies, the most dominant group in Starfield, are a good representation of how far humanity has come since leaving Earth.
By becoming a UC Vanguard, one of the elite ship experts of the United Colonies, players can join this faction. Players must first register for the UC by chatting with Tuala in New Atlantis’ MAST neighborhood. They then have to pass a Vanguard test and a trial mission before being granted full access.
Players can work for a number of various factions throughout the game without formally joining them or engaging in a complex quest line. These companies include Trackers, Galbank, The Trade Authority, and Stroud-Ecklund. Players can accept contracted missions and perform freelancing work for these factions.
Some players faced issues with their early access and hopefully, it will be resolved soon. Then they can go on their new space surfing and exploration journey with the new Bethesda Games RPG.
