What exactly happened between Adin Ross and 21 Savage?
British-American rapper 21 Savage appeared in a recent livestream by Adin Ross on Thursday, February 1, 2024. They chatted with fans and played NBA 2K together. They also reacted to viral internet clips. The stream had a lot of fun and exciting moments. However, it turned sour when the 31-year-old rapper was accused of cheating during a high-stakes card game.
When 21 Savage was $400K, the viewers on the stream noticed that 21 Savage’s associate, sitting next to him, was signaling a marked Queen card to the Lodon-born rapper musician. This signaling occurred in a brief moment when Adin glanced away at his screen. The incident led to 21 Savage winning the $250,000 wager, however, he was immediately flagged in the live chat.

Ross noticed it and on closely observing the cards he said, “They’re scratched, bro. Right there is a little scratch. They’re marked, bro. These are marked, look.” Thus Ross accused the ‘a lot’ singer of using unfair means to win the high-stakes game.
21 Savage obviously denied the allegations. He looked surprised and insistent that the Kick streamer was “tripping.” He further said, “Man, get the f**k out of here.” The two entertainers then together inspected a new pack of cards to see if a new pack had similar marks. They found that the fresh deck of cars did not have any such marks on them.
After unanimously deciding to nullify the wager, Adin went on to clarify that the deck they were using did not belong to the Grammy-winning artist.
Fans react to the 21 Savage and Adin Ross beef
Although Adin did clarify the ownership of the cards, the fans who were watching the stream have been claiming that the cheating was indeed intentional. A lot of fans even criticized 21 Savage calling his antics “dumb.” They further stressed the fact that the cheating occurred on camera, and he was wrong if he thought he could trick the viewers.
In the comment section of the stream, one user wrote, “That was so embarrassing, it was bad enough that he was pulling like [six] face cards in a row (okay freak odds happen) but then when his buddy very quickly tapped a card for his blind ass in such a meek frigid movement I knew then.”

It was unfortunate to see 21 Savage’s behavior since early in the stream, Adin announced that if he won the wager, he’d use his winnings to buy a car for one of his team members or family members
While 21 Savage has faced heavy criticism and backlash for his misconduct, some users are convinced that the stream was scripted and was a publicity stunt. A user on Reddit suggested Adin and Savage planned the scandal to get extra views. Another user wrote, “This is just [two] dudes with double-digit IQ’s thinking they’re slick.”
Notably, Savage has yet to publicly respond to the allegations and hate he has received online. It will be interesting to see what the rapper has to say.
