Michelle Yeoh and Jean Todt have been the talk of the town in recent times. The Ferrari legend was spotted celebrating the actress’ sensational Oscar win recently and it surprised everyone, to say the least. For some context, Yeoh won the prestigious award for the Best Actress category. Her role as ‘Evelyn Wang’ in Everything Everywhere All at Once was recognized by the Academy.
Their relationship has gone under the radar for the most part. Not many were aware that Michelle and Jean were together and it has come as a shock. Both of them have been extremely successful in their respective fields.

Jean Todt is known around the world for his remarkable work with Ferrari. He became Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 team’s General Manager in 1994 and was in the same seat until 2007. He became a Special Advisor and CEO of the company in 2004 and served in that position until 2009 as well. The Italian team won 7 Constructors Champions with Jean at the helm.
The Frenchman also served as the FIA President from 2009 until 2021. Jean beat Ari Vatanen in the presidential elections and helped to bring the sport to the spot where it is today. His reign as president ended when Mohammed bin Sulayem took over.

Speaking about their first meeting with You magazine, Michelle said, “A guy was trying to clear the stage and was being rude, so Jean went up to him and talked him down. He’s about my height, and the fact that he could talk down someone bigger than him was my first impression of him – and a good one.” It looks like Todt won his now-partner over on the first meeting.
The couple is now engaged and has been since 2005. Jean got down on one knee and popped the question that year. But it took until 2008 for the world to learn about this.
The couple is stronger than ever and that’s displayed by the way they speak of each other. In the September 2022 issue of Town and Country, Yeoh subtly mentioned Todt and said that home was where he was.
Fans have been waiting for their wedding, considering it’s been almost two decades since they got engaged. One of the main reasons for the delay would be the busy lives they lead. Michelle even revealed to You magazine that Jean kept track of the number of minutes that they have been together.
