Although Max Verstappen has won almost every race this season, his dominance has been questioned over the years alongside Red Bull‘s glory years.
After his controversial break in the sport, many questioned Verstappen’s hunger and skills. While he proved himself this season with his 10 consecutive wins, it seems it’s not enough.
Fans across the globe, supporting their favorite Mercedes star, Lewis Hamilton, have questioned his championship win in 2021. The 2021 season was one for the books, although not the best ending, it was the one with the best battles between Red Bull and Mercedes.

While Lewis Hamilton was driving to clinch his record-breaking 8th title, Verstappen was fighting for his first-ever title. But it was during the Abu Dhabi race, when both the drivers were equal in points that everything mattered. The exact pace and the exact tire degradation with the exact amount of luck. And luck Verstappen had. The Dutchman was seen driving closer towards Lewis Hamilton after a safety car was deployed.
Although it was not a possible situation, steward, Michael Masi asked all the cars between Hamilton and Verstappen to un-lap from the safety car.
This was new for everyone as everyone watched in horror. Verstappen, with his fresh sets, gained an advantage over Hamilton and became a champion for the first time. However, it seems like history did not take too long to repeat itself.

Max Verstappen showed his untimely dominance this season. Although he has had some controversies to curve as he went along, his mastery in the RB19 was one to note. However, it did not take too long for his past to repeat yet again. The driver who won a race thanks to a safety car according to many, was seen winning yet again thanks to a safety car lap.
The Qatar Grand Prix came in with some exciting news. Just like Nelson Piquet, Verstappen was on to become the next driver to win a championship at a Sprint race. And surely enough, after fighting in the Sprint race, the driver seemed laid back all along.
After being overtaken by multiple drivers in the first corner, he slowly made his way ahead. But lost his Sprint race win to rookie Oscar Piastri.
And although the papaya driver did incredibly, all eyes were on Verstappen for clinching his third title. However, this came with some remarks from fans calling out on the deja vu.
