2X WDC champion, 25-year-old Max Verstappen has been the most dominant driver on the grid since the start of the 2022 season. The Red Bull is known for his incredible focus and devotion to the sport. Max Verstappen is currently dating ex-F1 driver, Nelson Piquet’s daughter, Kelly Piquet. Piquet has a daughter, Penelope, who is essentially Max Verstappen’s stepdaughter. Recently, Max Verstappen was sim racing with his friends on Twitch, and suddenly his stepdaughter came into the room. Keeping in mind the Dutchman’s love for sim racing, fans expected him to brush off Penelope to continue streaming.

But to the fans’ delight, Max took a break from the sim racing to spend some time with his stepdaughter. The driver took off from the sim racing and went to have a ‘tea party‘ with Penelope and ex-F1 driver, Daniil Kyvat.

Over several years, Kelly Piquet and Daniil Kvyat had an on-again, off-again romance. The same year, the pair made their relationship public, and they started hanging out at Formula One races. They supposedly broke up later that year, only to get back together at the beginning of 2018.
Penelope, their daughter, was born to Piquet and the couple in November 2018, however, their relationship did not last very long.
Verstappen and Kelly Piquet have been dating since the beginning of 2021. On January 1, 2021, Verstappen posted the couple’s first Instagram picture together along with a message about the future. On the same day, Piquet also posted a picture of the pair. Verstappen has a primarily racing-related Instagram, although Piquet occasionally shares photos of the two of them on her site. She sent a heartfelt Instagram message honoring Verstappen’s birthday in September 2021.

On Mother’s Day 2022, Verstappen paid it forward by uploading pictures of Piquet, his mother, and his sister along with a thank-you note. Overall, judging by the frequency with which Verstappen and Piquet post updates from their personal lives on social media, their relationship seems to be robust.
