Liam Lawson came as a replacement for Daniel Ricciardo who faced an unfortunate incident at the Dutch Grand Prix. Since the Red Bull team principal, Christian Horner has declared whether or not Ricciardo will join the grid anytime soon, Lawson has very little time left in Formula 1. Regardless, it is safe to say that he has left a shocking yet positive impression, especially after his performance at the Singapore Grand Prix on the rest of the drivers as well as the spectators.
However, given the amount of limelight the young New Zealander has been a victim of, fans have noticed him post a special someone time and again. Lawson has a girlfriend named Hannah St John. According to The Sports Grail, Hannah is a 20-year-old of American origin who used to live in Laguna Beach, California until a month ago. She is reported to be a biological and biomedical sciences student at Arizona State University in the United States.

The young duo is often seen sharing screen time together as they make frequent posts with one another on Instagram. St John has not only established herself as a budding influencer but has also garnered quite a huge fan following of 15.3k on Instagram alone and has a growing TikTok account as well. Hannah has been sharing glimpses of her boyfriend on social media since January 2023 which indicates that this must be the time when she started dating Lawson.

Lawson made an unexpected yet grand entry into F1 which was a massive shift from F2. But he has been involved in the sport for a while now and receives wholehearted support from his family. The young Kiwi shared with the media about this promise his father, Jared had made to him and said “My dad actually used to promise me every year that he would take me to the Singapore GP, and in the end, we never went, but he’s going to be coming to the Grand Prix this weekend, so actually I’m taking him!”

It was a sweet moment for the entire family and the father-son duo. However, it was not just his father who accompanied him to the Singapore GP but also his mother Kristy, and sister, Holly. The family shared some sweet moments off the track after achieving such a feat by their son which was only the beginning of his flourishing F1 career.
Following his surgery, Daniel Ricciardo has been focused on his recovery so that he can get behind the wheel as soon as possible. But there is no official announcement on when this is going to happen. As per the latest reports, it is difficult for the Australian driver to make a comeback anytime before the Qatar Grand Prix which will be held in October. Granting Lawson a permanent spot on the team would mean someone else will have to step aside which puts Yuki Tsunoda’s future at risk as well.
