When Erica Herman was studying at the University of Central Florida, she worked as a bartender part-time. She eventually became the VIP manager at the Blue Martini Lounge. Herman was inclined towards the restaurant industry despite getting a degree in legal studies. She had dreams of opening a chain of nightclubs in Florida which eventually did not work out.
Furthermore, she proceeded with her career in the restaurant industry and got an opportunity at Woods’ flagship restaurant. Herman is a former general manager of ‘The Woods Jupiter’ and this is where she met the golf sensation and eventually got into a relationship. The two showed up as a couple in September 2017 at the President’s Cup. Their relationship took an ugly turn and they split in March 2023.
