It has been announced that he will work as the general manager of WWE’s SmackDown brand going forward. The announcement has made his fans extremely excited; however, they are also wondering if their favorite Superstar has retired from wrestling. Nick Aldis walked into the world of pro wrestling in 2004. Thereafter, he went on to become a part of TNA in 2008. He performed in the promotion for seven long years and made a huge name for himself. Following that, he became a part of several other wrestling promotions and went on to gain popularity among the fans.
Soon, he walked into the National Wrestling Alliance. He showcased extraordinary skills in the promotion and gained a lot of respect from the fans. However, he left the company in 2022. He then had a brief run in Impact Wrestling. Anyway, he finally left everything behind and walked into WWE in August 2023.

However, his last match didn’t come long ago. As mentioned after leaving NWA, Aldis walked into Impact wrestling for a brief run, during which his last match took place.
Aldis’ last match took place on July 15, 2023, at the Slammiversary PPV event produced by Impact Wrestling. At the event, Aldis faced Alex Shelley for the Impact World Championship, and he lost the match. This marked his last match since, on July 16, it was announced that his time with Impact had come to an end.
Thereafter, Nick walked into the Triple H-led promotion and took up the role of backstage producer. However, as of now, he will be seen in the role of the general manager of the blue brand.
