The Golden State Warriors are facing the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight and it is another home game for the defending champs. That would be the news that makes Warriors fans smile, mainly because of their disappointing away from home this year. The Warriors’ on-road form has not been up to par at all, leaving them in 6th seed right now. They have a record of 9-30 this year.
The Thunder will be aiming that the Dubs’ lackluster games continue, as they are fighting for a playoff spot as well. Despite losing their star boy Chet Holmgren to a Lisfranc injury, the Thunder have done quite decent this season, thanks to Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Josh Giddey. They are the stars the Warriors will look out for, but they might have a solid stopper on their side as well.
Andrew Wiggins remains out for the Golden State Warriors vs Oklahoma City Thunder game tonight
The NBA world is aware that Andrew Wiggins has missed the last 21 games for the Dubs. Although fans on social media stated that his girlfriend Mychal Johnson cheated on him, that is not the reason. Johnson was quick to bury these reports and bash these speculators. The reason for Andrew’s absence would be a medical situation with his father, Mitchell Wiggins.
Andrew Wiggins (Personal Reasons) officially ruled out for Warriors vs. Thunder tomorrow night. No surprise, despite reports of him rejoining team in coming days. Rejoining team doesn’t = playing. Some level of ramp up still required. Warriors play at SAC Friday & at POR Sunday.

Recent reports have revealed that Wiggins is likely to return before the end of the regular season. The Warriors play their last game on April 9 and the Warriors are hoping they can get one of their superstars back before that.

The Warriors are favored to win against the Thunder tonight
One of Warriors’ biggest strengths would be their performances at the Chase Center. It has acted like a fortress of the 7x NBA champs and it wouldn’t be any different this time around as well. Moreover, Stephen Curry has been in sensational form in recent games, averaging 28.9 points, 6.3 assists, and 5.5 rebounds.
The last time these two franchises faced, the defending champs lost the game 137-128. However, the Thunder will have some trouble locking up Steph’s shots from deep, despite having a talented defender in Lu Dort. The Chef is surely aiming to have one of those nights. With that said the Warriors should see this game out, although the Thunder will put up a good fight with Shai leading the charge.
