The Milwaukee Bucks will be taking on the Golden State Warriors tonight. Fans have been waiting for this fixture mainly because of all the superstars who could go head-to-head tonight. The Bucks enjoyed a decent run in the league with a 16-game winning streak. They fell to the Philadelphia 76ers two weeks ago and are aiming to gain momentum once again.
The Warriors lost their last game against the Memphis Grizzlies in what was a chaotic game, to say the least. The Warriors and Grizzlies players kept getting into it, including Draymond Green and Dillon Brooks. The Warriors will also be aiming to get back to winning ways, something they have struggled with in recent times.
The defending champs will be more than happy to face the Bucks at the Chase Center. It is no secret that they have struggled massively on the road. Tonight, the result could depend on the appearance of one superstar.
Giannis Antetokounmpo is listed as out for the Milwaukee Bucks vs Golden State Warriors game tonight
Giannis Antetokounmpo has been quite unlucky with injuries this year. The Bucks superstar missed a string of games at once a few weeks ago and that might happen once again. The last time he played for the Bucks was against the Washington Wizards, and the team has won two games since then.
The Bucks submitted an injury report earlier this afternoon for Saturday’s game against the Warriors.

Ahead of the game tonight, Giannis is out with right-hand soreness. It is not clear whether his appearance is a game-time decision but the Bucks might play it safe and rest him for a third game in a row. Along with Giannis, Wesley Matthews, and Goran Dragic are also on the Bucks’ injury report. They are dealing with right calf strain and left knee soreness respectively.

The Warriors have a star-studded injury report ahead of tonight’s game. Andrew Wiggins will continue to be on the sidelines due to family issues. Warriors GM Bob Myers has however claimed that he does not expect Wiggins to be out for a long time. As for Klay Thompson, he is dealing with right knee soreness but is expected to feature tonight against the Bucks.
Can the Bucks dismantle the Warriors without Giannis Antetokounmpo?
The Bucks have won three games in a row since losing to the Sixers. It certainly looks like they are serious about going on yet another win streak. The Warriors, on the other hand, have lost three games in a row. Stephen Curry’s much-awaited comeback has not worked out in their favor but the defending champs will be aiming to change that tonight.
The last time these two teams faced was in December 2022. The Bucks won the game 128-111 and the Greek Freak was undoubtedly the best player on the court. He put up an impressive double-double of 30 points, 12 rebounds, and 5 assists. The Warriors can be predicted to take the win tonight, mainly because of their phenomenal record at home this season. Another reason could be Giannis’ absence as well.
