The Golden State Warriors will be playing against the Denver Nuggets tonight. The Warriors have not had a good season so far despite winning the NBA title just less than a year ago. The game against the Minnesota Timberwolves was yet another OT loss, which means Stephen Curry and Co.’s disappointing streak continues. Tonight, they will be aiming to take the win against Nikola Jokic‘s side.
The Nuggets won their last game against the New Orleans Pelicans after two consecutive losses. This must certainly mean that confidence and morale is high in the Nuggets’ locker room recently. Nikola Jokic will be looking to put in a shift tonight, and the Warriors’ injury report will be of help.
Stephen Curry will be rested for the Golden State Warriors vs Denver Nuggets game tonight
Stephen Curry was forced to miss several games this season with a shoulder injury. This was a major hit for the Warriors when they had to play without their superstar. Regardless of that, the Dubs managed to pull off a few sensational wins. This time around, multiple sources claim that Steph is questionable for tonight’s game. Moreover, Klay Thompson will also be missing the game tonight, with a right Achilles tendon injury management. As for Curry, he is facing issues with his left shoulder.

This certainly would not be the news that Warriors fans have been waiting for. If Steph and Klay are both absent for the game tonight, the Nuggets defense would not have much work to do.

In addition to that, it is claimed that Draymond Green might also be rested for the game tonight and is questionable due to right foot soreness. This surely means that Steve Kerr has decided to give the youngsters a shot. The last time he did this was when the Warriors played against the Cleveland Cavaliers. It worked fine in the end, as the Dubs took the win against a side that did not have Donovan Mitchell. The Nuggets will be going at it at full force and the Warriors’ defense will not be as strong without Dray.

His brother, Coban Porter, was arrested on charges relating to vehicular homicide. As for Murray, he has been facing issues due to injuries but it surely looks like he’s back to his best right now.
Can the Warriors pull off another sensational win against the Nuggets tonight?
The Nuggets are the heavy favorites for the game tonight. This should not come as a surprise to NBA fans as the GSW’s absence will be too big to fill. They won against the Cavs recently but the Nuggets are much stronger than that. Their defense is a much more solidified unit compared to the Cavs and we also have to take into account Nikola Jokic’s presence tonight.
The Warriors lost to the Nuggets in October 2022, which was the last time they faced them. The Joker put up a triple-double on the night and Curry’s 34 points was to no avail. There would be no harm in us predicting that the Nuggets will take the win tonight, but Jordan Poole will surely be crucial for them to put up a good fight.
