In the co-main event fight between Amanda Nunes defeated Megan Anderson. The Brazilian is said to have made $490,000 for the fight, with $350,000 for the appearance, $100,000 for win bonus, and an additional $40,000 as incentive pay.
For his victory, Aljamin Sterling is estimated to have made $230,000. This comprises $100,000 for the appearance, $100,000 as win bonus, and $30,000 as incentive pay.
Similarly, Dominic Cruz and the Russian Petr Yan are said to have made $195,000 and $150,000 respectively for their performances at UFC 259.
Jan Blachowicz vs Israel Adesanya
The moment the two athletes locked horns inside the octagon it was evident that the Blachowicz came in search of blood.
