The NBA Playoffs has seen clutch moments along with fans throwing stuff at players. One such incident occurred during the Celtics vs Nets game at TD Garden. Kyrie Irving was attacked on the head by a fan who threw a water bottle. The fan’s defence for this unacceptable action was that Kyrie Irving stomped on the Boston Celtics logo.
Kyrie Irving has been a major reason why the Boston Celtics dream of a ring has been destroyed. The talented point guard has been at his best and has completely earned hate from the Celtic Fan, especially after he triggered them by stomping on the logo. Kyrie’s actions also called out Kevin Garnett one of Boston’s legends, to say a few words about Kyrie’s actions.

Kevin Garnett Has Words For Kyrie Irving
Kevin Garnett was not happy with the way Kyrie stepped on the logo. In Kyrie’s defence, he was treated badly by the fans, however, Kevin Garnett definitely did not see it that way. He went on to post on his Instagram,
So nobody gonna say anything about Kyrie Stomping “LUCKY”? You can’t do that

Kevin Durant Backs His Man
Backing Kevin Garnett, was Glen ‘Big Baby’. He sided well with KG and said Kyrie’s actions were disrespectful to every player who ever played on the Celtics. However, Kevin Durant shot his shots and had his man’s back and the best part is he did it with a bunch of emoticons and the N-word. Looks like Kyrie and KD get along pretty well, which is great news for all Nets fans as the Nets advance in the Playoffs, taking them one step closer to a ring.

However, according to Richard Jefferson, Kevin Garnett is not exactly in the place to be calling out people on small petty actions as he has done much worse. Richard Jefferson claims to have seen and heard about the times that KG has crossed a boundary on the court.
Kevin Garnett has done FAR more disrespectful things on the court than what Kyrie did. I don’t want to hear that noise. He’s crossed that line plenty of times…… plenty of times. 🤐

Kyrie’s actions didn’t warrant battery and the Celtics fan definitely deserves the punishment he received for it.
