Leon Edwards, the current king of the Welterweight division of the UFC, is known for his headshot kicks as well as his incredible physique. While many can point to the Englishman’s MMA training regime for his powerful kicks, Edwards has now also revealed the secret to his perfect body.
The fighter from England talked about why he has the most aesthetic physique in the UFC. As per the champion, his waist is the key. Edwards stated, “I think it’s the good waist. The ratio from the waist, to the shoulders, to the back, to the legs, to the d*** is just perfect”.
The 6′ 2″ fighter pointed his waist and divided his upper and lower body into symmetrical halves, which helped create a physique that is aesthetic and powerful. Some other body parts were mentioned in the end, but that can be avoided in this discussion for obvious reasons.
The Jamaican-born fighter has gone through an insane physical transformation in the last few years, which was evident if fans took a closer look at Edwards when he first fought Kamaru Usman in 2015. Edwards was a lean bean in the first clash.

Leon Edwards’ diet that helped him build an aesthetic physique
An incredible physique is the result of incredibly hard work in training as well as a nutritional diet. The details of Leon Edwards’ diet are also available on the internet. Jordan Sullivan, an elite sports nutritionist of the current and former UFC champions like Leon Edwards, Israel Adesanya, and Alexander Volkanovski, revealed the details of the diet during a fight week.
Sullivan explained that Edwards spared no efforts or expenses for his diet. Michelin star chefs helped prepare recipes for their diet that fighters can look forward to. On an average day in a fight week, Edwards consumed 2600 calories, which included 190 grams of protein, 140 grams of carbohydrates, and 145 grams of fats.
