In an unexpected turn of events, the YouTube star turned boxer Jake Paul challenged Tyler Woodley for a boxing match. The YouTube sensation took to Instagram to address Woodley’s fighting style but is confident that he will put him away early, just like he did to his previous opponent, Ben Askren.
“Tyron ran his mouth a little too much in the locker room when I knocked out his best friend Ben and earned himself a top spot on the Problem Child death list, Tyron’s a seasoned striker who has fought the best MMA fighters in the world but will be dropped by a Disney teen star in 2 rounds.” Paul wrote

In a recent episode of his podcast Believe You Me Michael Bisping told social media how he thinks the fight between Logan Paul and Tyler Woodley would go down.
” I’ll say it’s good for Tyler Woodley, yeah, and he’s [Jake Paul] actually I don’t know about making a mistake, I do respect the both of them for this, first of all, I’m more happy for Tyron Woodley.”
“From what we’ve seen, the guy [Jake Paul] could box a little bit, so it isn’t going to be an easy fight for Tyron, but it surely isn’t gonna be an easy fight for Jake Paul. I’ll tell you right now, Tyron Woodley is gonna put a SIGNIFICANTLY better fight than Ben Askren did”

Bisping later revealed that he was offered $500,000 for a boxing match against Jake Paul. He also said that the Paul brothers have their respect but he thinks that Tyron Woodley would absolutely decimate Jake Paul in the fight.
The history between Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley
Woodley had a backstage altercation with Paul and pro boxer J’Leon Love, who was part of Paul’s entourage, which sparked up beef between Woodley and Paul’s team.
Woodley, who’s currently a free agent, accused Paul of being afraid of fighting a power puncher, claiming that they should fight because he’s the one that has “real smoke” with him.

“Easiest fight of my career and biggest purse of my career all in one night, basically, they brought me in to take out the trash. I can’t wait to shut this bi**h up. This is getting done for the culture, the whole MMA community and boxing community, to rid this guy of combat sports.” Woodley told ESPN
Rough patch for Tyron Woodley
The Chosen One is enduring a rough patch after dropping four consecutive fights to close out his UFC tenure. Regardless, Woodley brings a combination of power, durability, and experience like none of Paul’s previous opponents.
Before his losing streak, Woodley was on his way to becoming one of the greatest welterweights of all time and was able to put together solid fights inside the cage with three successful title defenses. He has seven career wins by knockout, shutting the lights off the likes of Robbie Lawler, Josh Koscheck, and Jay Hieron.
Tyron has since parted ways with the UFC and may soon part ways with MMA as well. Woodley has a golden opportunity up his sleeve against Jake Paul, if he wasn’t motivated enough, he gets an opportunity to avenge Askren’s loss or probably win it for MMA fans.
