Nate Diaz sent out a cryptic tweet ahead of a potential return to the UFC. The former lightweight title challenger and current welterweight contender Nathan Diaz recently appeared alongside ESPN journalist Ariel Helwani and teased his return to the Octagon. During the interview, and later through social media platforms, Diaz called out Dustin Poirier and Charles Oliveira for a showdown in the welterweight division.

Nate Diaz has not stepped inside the Octagon ever since his TKO loss against Jorge Masvidal back at UFC 244. Diaz was initially aiming a rematch against Jorge Masvidal. However, it looks like that is out of the equation with Gamebred looking at a rematch with current UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman.

Nathan Diaz has time and again proved that he is one of the biggest stars in the UFC right now. Diaz is a veteran in his own right and has been in the sport for as long as one can remember. Additionally, due to his popularity, he continues to be among the top contenders.
Recently, Nate Diaz had stated that he has no plans of returning to the UFC’s lightweight division and wants to continue fighting in the welterweight division. Interestingly enough, he also suggested a special weight class at 165 pounds. Just recently, he also teased his move to the UFC’s middleweight division.
