The best actor winner at the Academy Awards once played basketball in the movie “Bedazzled“. However, in real life, Fraser didn’t play basketball during his early life. Fraser attended Upper Canada College, which is a private boarding school in Toronto. He later graduated from Cornish College of the Arts in 1990 and began acting at in New York City.
Following The Mummy in 1999, Fraser was one of the best actors in the world. Fraser played the role of Richard “Rick O’Connell,” and plays the position for the entire trilogy. In the fantasy movie Bedazzled, Fraser who plays the role of Elliot Richards is trying to get the love of a co-worker. Elliot makes a deal with the devil, who grants him 7 wishes in exchange for his soul. Elliot chooses to become a basketball player, and the devil makes him Michael Jordan.
Elliot emerges as a 7″6′ basketball player who easily towers over the players on the court. In the scene, Elliot is seen breaking the backboard after dunking. Similar to what Shaquille O’Neal did in 1993 in his rookie season, when he broke the rim and brought the backboard down against the Phoenix Suns.
