Almost all NBA fans will be aware of who Bronny James and Bryce James are. They are the sons of one of the greatest basketball players in the history of the NBA, LeBron James. The King also has a third child, his youngest daughter Zhuri who is only 8 years old at the moment.
Although we know quite a lot about the “James Gang” as LeBron refers to them constantly on social media platforms, not much is known about the relationship between Bronny and Bryce. Considering that they are both brothers looking to make it into the NBA, we should take a closer look at their bond and compare them.
Bronny James and Bryce James were also teammates at Sierra Canyon high school
Perhaps Bronny and Bryce are brothers who share a close bond with each other. Not only have they participated in Tik-Tok dances with the family and so on, but they were also teammates for Sierra Canyon, the high school that both of them attended.
Therefore, it is certainly a safe bet to say that they understand each other at a level that other siblings might struggle to accomplish. Bronny and Bryce have also shown up to support their father during certain memorable moments like breaking the NBA’s all-time scoring record. LeBron has also clearly returned the favor and has been seen attending both their games and encouraging them several times.
As we all know, Bronny is just about done with his time in high school and is expected to apply for college very soon. On the other hand, Bryce is only 15 years old and three whole years younger than his elder brother. Thus, it is possible that their age gap might cause some natural conflict.
Another reason for the same could be their difference in height. Although all the focus is on Bronny at this point, the fact remains that he is only 6’2 and significantly shorter than his younger brother Bryce, who is already listed at 6’5. While this might not cause conflict, it could undoubtedly make things awkward considering that Bronny has a lot of pressure to live up to his father’s name and legacy. Especially since LeBron has made it clear that he wants to play with Bronny in the NBA.
It is still unclear whether height is enough of a reason to create conflict between the two brothers. In any case, they seem to be on good terms and part of a loving family.
