A Look at James Harden’s $10 Million Lavish Houston Mansion

With a net worth of $171 million, Philadelphia 76ers player James Harden stands among the highest-paid NBA players at No. 30. From his NBA earnings to his brand endorsements he has it all, with a monthly income of more than $1 million. However, an estimated $30 million come from all of his endorsements from sponsored brands and investments like BodyArmor, Beats Electronics, Stance Socks, and State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance. It also includes the $15 million from his endorsement deal with Adidas.

While talking about his luxuries, the shooting guard has done a lot of purchases in his life including a car collection worth $2 million. In 2021, James opened a restaurant named “Thirteen” in Houston, offering new American cuisine along with a bar, hookah, and cocktail area. Besides this, he bought two mansions in Houston. The former one has a 7,124 square foot worth $2 million.

Harden’s current mansion is worth $10 million residing in Rivercrest Drive, Houston, Texas, bought at the time he was playing for the Houston Rockets. Located in the suburbs of Houston, the mansion provides experience of class and modernity from white marble floors to large storage spaces to glass steams in all areas. Having given some insights into James Harden’s mansion, let’s take a look at it in detail. 

When did James Harden purchase his 26,000 square feet mansion? 

Bought in 2020, the mansion is designed by The Frankel Building Group and is about 26,000 square feet built on 3.5 acres of land. It took 3 years in terms of structuring and customization. In terms of architectural design, the mansion provides a traditional outlook with sleek and modern interiors. The classic black, golden, and white combination inside reflects a classic taste from the dining room, living room, kitchen, and bedroom to the bathroom itself.

The dining area pictures a dim yet modern ambiance with the lighting and the wine room beside it. While the living room provides an opposite experience including a bar and in-built television surrounded with polished white marble and bright lights. It also offers a view of the backyard. The kitchen, made with ample space and storage is constructed with an eat-in place for cozy times along with stainless steel kitchen appliances including the wine fridge, refrigerator, and chimney.

Besides this, the master suite/bedroom consists of a folding glass door leading to the swimming pool along with a bar, wine fridge, and a big fireplace. The bathroom has a $1.1 million rose quartz tub structure, providing an aesthetic look. Other indoor features include a gym, theatre, library, and a pc room for game lovers. The additional outdoor features are set in a different section that includes a kitchen, a built-in firepit area, a pool cabana, and a casita.

With such a big expenditure spent on his mansion, James Harden has to spend a considerable amount of his earnings on it. His professional career needs to have considerable growth for him to get considerable earnings.
