Bronny James is one of the most popular student-athlete in the nation, and his valuation is far beyond what one would expect. Student/college athletes can sign NIL deals with brands to make a profit out of their talent and popularity. Since then a huge number of students have benefitted from this policy promoted by the NCAA. Nowadays, college and high-school sports have become a $14 billion industry, which is almost a semi-professional stage.
What is interesting is the fact that Bronny who is not even in college yet stands way ahead of the college athletes. The highest-earning college athlete in 2023 is Bryce Young who plays for the Alabama Crimson Tide football. He is in his senior year in Alabama, and will soon become a professional athlete. He is a No.1 prospect at the NFL Draft this summer. His NIL deals are valued at $3.5 million a year.
REPORT: Bronny James is the nations highest NIL earner with an estimated $7.2M.

Despite this figure being a good number, Bronny is the highest earner in NIL history. He has a valuation of $7.2 million as reported by Bleacher Report. He has not played a single game at the collegiate level and earning nearly double what Bryce is earning. Everyone is aware of the fact that he is the son of LeBron James, which is one of the reasons for having such a high valuation in NIL deals.
Bronny’s valuation will only get higher as time passes by and after he joins a college. It is not a surprise to see Bronny becoming a popular student-athlete as he is LeBron’s son. He will soon be deciding on which college e goes to and play at a higher level at the NCAA competition. It will be interesting to see how high will Bronny fares at the NCAA level.
Notable NIL deals of Bronny James?
LeBron James was the first athlete to become a brand ambassador of ‘Beats by Dre’ in 2008. Bronny is continuing the same legacy by signing a NIL deal with the brand. He is also the first student-athlete to join the Beats family last year. The brand has also signed with Brye Young and Caleb Williams.
When we hear of the name ‘James‘, there is no other shoe brand the James family prefers than Nike. LeBron has worn Nike sneakers throughout his entire career and now his son, Bronny, will continue the legacy. At the McDonald’s All-American game, Bronny could be seen wearing Nike LeBron’s 20, as other athletes wore Adidas apparel.
We’re excited to announce the newest student athletes to join our Nike family: Caitlin Clark, Bronny James, Haley Jones, DJ Wagner and Juju Watkins.

In addition to Nike and Beats by Dre, Bronny is also in partnership with PSD Underwear. The brand has an impressive roster consisting of notable NBA players like Trae Young, Ja Morant, and others. Bronny has made history by becoming the youngest athlete to sign with the brand. With all the exposure and opportunity Bronny is exposed to, expectations can only run high for the 18-year-old.
