Now, Clark is preparing to make one last run through the NCAA tournament. Last season, the Des Moines native went on a historic trip to the tournament finals. The Hawkeyes were favored to win, however, Angel Reese shocked the entire world by securing the title. But Clark has only gotten better since averaging 32.2 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 8.7 assists per game.

We all know that Caitlin Clark has achieved a lot over February 2024. Midway through the month, the Hawkeyes star managed to become the all-time scoring leader in all of Women’s Division I Basketball. She surpassed Kelsey Plum, who held the record for nearly five years. Clark also broke Lynette Woodard’s major college scoring record which was set in 1981. She earned a lot of recognition from fans and legendary athletes such as Shaquille O’Neal and Stephen Curry as well.

By the end of February, her NIL valuation was listed at just under $1 million. However, out of nowhere, her valuation experienced a massive 237% spike on March 1, according to On3. Obviously, this is solely based on how much of recognition she has gotten herself. In her first appearance on the floor in March, Caitlin Clark also became the NCAA’s all-time scoring leader, surpassing Pete Maravich’s 54-year-old record.

After achieving the massive $2.1 million boost in NIL valuation, Caitlin Clark now ranks number one amongst NIL earners in women’s college basketball. The 22-year-old has signed big-time deals with Gatorade, Nike, State Farm, Hy-Vee, Buick, Topps, and many more. Clark has mostly managed her dealings by herself based on her expertise in business.

Caitlin Clark has officially declared for the 2024 WNBA Draft. Her presence as a pro will have a major impact on women’s basketball in general, as stated by Sheryl Swoopes, a basketball Hall of Famer. She is projected to become the No.1 overall pick just over a month from now. The Indiana Fever will most likely draft her as they own rights to the highest pick in this year’s draft.
