Caitlin Clark couldn’t hold her excitement while Iowa dominated LSU
Caitlin Clark shows a lot of passion when she’s on the floor with her teammates. This season, he has been the most dominant force in college basketball history. She solidified herself as the NCAA’s All-Time Scoring leader and led Iowa in various categories. Against LSU, Clark got extremely pumped up despite having 5 minutes left in the game while being 11 points ahead of the Tigers.
She claimed it was just pure emotion. Clark said, “I think I just got hyped for a second, honestly. I was trying to be pretty calm and cool. When you’re playing a team like LSU, they’re never out of the game. No matter what the time and score is.” Even last season, Clark would often taunt her opponents on the floor and back it up with her skills. There were a lot of moments like this during the 2023 NCAA Finals between LSU and Iowa. Ultimately, LSU had the last laugh.
Caitlin Clark had a kind message for Angel Reese
After the game concluded with the scoreboard at 94-87, Iowa, Caitlin Clark did not show any disrespect towards Angel Reese. The latter had 17 points, 20 rebounds, 3 blocks, and 2 steals before getting fouled out late in the fourth quarter. However, Reese and Clark shared a moment while they shook hands. Clark had some encouraging words for the LSU senior, who may have played her final college game last night.

She told the media that she will make a decision when she’s ready. However, Clark is projected to become the No.1 overall pick this year. She will face UConn in the Final Four on April 5.
