Scottie Pippen and his ex-wife, Larsa Pippen have been in the limelight for various reasons lately. Things between both individuals have been extremely controversial. They were married to each other for nearly 20 years before things hit the ceiling in 2016. Finally, they officially parted ways in 2018 despite trying to repair the damage. However, they had too many irreconcilable differences and their marriage was far from fixable.
Larsa was accused of cheating on the Chicago Bulls legend with Future. The rapper even briefly mentioned it happened in one of his songs. Larsa denied having anything to do with Future. The 6x NBA Champion hasn’t had too many great things to say about Larsa. But now, Scottie and Larsa are being sued by one of the NBA legend’s ex-partners, Chyvette Valentine.
Scottie Pippen and Chyvette Valentine’s relationship ended on a tragic note
Valentine has sued Scottie Pippen and his ex-wife for a whopping quarter of a billion dollars. According to Page Six, Scottie and Valentine were in an on-and-off relationship between 1987 and 1993. During their relationship, Scottie and one of his brothers, Carl, allegedly r*ped her. Valentine ended up getting pregnant from the incident and she gave birth to her son, Devonte Pippen.

Unfortunately, Devonte lost his life in 2011. In her lawsuit, she claimed that Scottie and Larsa caused her a lot of suffering. Chyvette stated that Scottie also used his celebrity status as a Bulls player to stalk, harass, and torment her. Pippen allegedly used his connections with various local federal authorities to help brush the police report she filed against him under the rug. The former NBA Defensive Player of the Year accused her of being mentally ill.
Scottie Pippen and Larsa Pippen have not addressed Chyvette Valentine’s claims
Multiple efforts have been made to reach out to Scottie Pippen and Larsa’s representatives. Unfortunately, they haven’t spoken about Chyvette’s case. Page Six also reported that this isn’t the only time Chyvette has tried to sue Scottie. In 2019, she sued him for $9,999, which is the limit allowed in small claims court. During their relationship, Chyvette frequently visited Scottie for which he promised to cover her travel.
Pippen never paid her back for her travel expenses, nor was she aware of his marriage to Karen McCollum. Scottie was married to McCollum between 1988 and 1990. They also had a child together named Antron Pippen, who passed away at the age of 33.
