Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen always find one way or another to be in the headlines. The two discuss everything under the sun on their podcast ‘Separation Anxiety‘. In one of the episodes, they touched upon Britney Spears and Sam Asghari’s divorce.
It was then that Marcus decided to make a comment that his past family experience made him feel. He stated, “Divorces can get messy”, and he hoped that he doesn’t come to this point with Larsa. The two recently made waves with their engagement rumors after Marcus declared that the wedding was ‘In The Works’.

They have debunked the engagement rumors, and could not stay back from discussing their wedding plans. Larsa and Marcus have decided that they want to have a destination wedding, and they emphasize that this is the only thing the two have decided.
Marcus who is Michael Jordan’s son has also shed light on how he is not doing multiple weddings. Thereby, hinting how he doesn’t want to move in the same steps as his NBA legend dad. Michael and his ex-wife Juanita Vanoy divorced each other after being married for 17 long years. Notably, their divorce settlement is the largest one.
However, in the same episode, Marcus spoke the actual truth behind the divorce settlement amount. He revealed that the amount is inflated and far away from the truth. The Jordan family has learned from this experience as Michael signed a prenup agreement with his current wife Yvette Prieto.

He said, “I think prenups exist for a reason. Unless there is a breach of an agreement, or some sort of clause both parties mutually agreed to gets breached, then the prenup should be enforcing”. This discussion on messy marriages seems appropriate for Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen.
While Marcus experienced this with his parents, Larsa was involved in one. She and Bulls star Scottie Pippen in 2021 after being married for over two decades. Notably, Larsa’s net worth significantly boosted after receiving a hefty amount as a settlement. Scottie and Michael are former teammates who turned into enemies and the relationship between Larsa and Marcus added another intriguing layer.However, with their wedding on the table, Scottie got one back at Michael.
