As multiple sources mentioned a few months ago, Bronny had his choices narrowed down to three. But he still hasn’t revealed where his future might lie. Amid all this, there have been false reports circulating on the internet. A Twitter account known for trolling and spreading false information has tweeted mentioning that Bronny has committed to the University of Southern California.
The truth is that Bronny has not decided on his future yet. The NCAA 2023-24 college basketball season will most likely start in November 2023. Bronny is one of the very few players who has not committed to a college yet. USC is still an option, and so are Ohio State and Oregon.
Recently, NBA star Kevin Durant also expressed his wishes to witness Bronny in college. He mentioned that USC could be a possible option so that LeBron could attend his son’s games in California with ease. The 4x NBA champ has expressed his lifelong dream of wanting to play on the same NBA team as Bronny. He has reiterated this on multiple occasions in the past.
Bronny will be eligible for the NBA Draft in 2024. It is not known whether he will discontinue his college education in the middle of next year if he chooses to pursue a degree. Bronny’s future remains a huge question mark with just months to go to the season’s start. As far as the reports surrounding his commitment to USC are concerned, LeBron James Jr has not made a decision yet.
