Unquestionably, Shaquille O’Neal is one of the most dominant big-bodied athletes in the NBA and stands over 7 feet tall. O’Neal was one of the league’s youngest and most creative young players as a rookie in Orlando, thanks to his extraordinary physique and rarely-seen athleticism. Historically, the majority of players with a heavy frame have been rigid, moved slowly on the court, and had mediocre ball-handling abilities.
But early in his playing days, O’Neal flouted the odds thanks to his exceptional athleticism, which gave him quickness, endurance, and charm. He instantly stunned NBA authorities during his first season when he exhibited his ability to run the break. Given his stature, it should come as no surprise that when opposition teams saw the 7-inch, 324-pound Diesel sprinting down the field, they might flee the court and seek cover.
In a podcast interview, Shaquille O’Neal discussed his dropping pounds and quipped that he was hoping to someday be a sex icon and appear in an underwear commercial. “I’ve been working out and I posted a pic a couple of weeks ago and it went viral. And I was like man! So I’ve been working out,” the Hall of Fame NBA player said on Logan Paul’s “Impaulsive” podcast.
“I like to create crazy motivation,” O’Neal said. “Because I was looking at myself and I had that Charles Barkley retirement body. I didn’t want my stomach to be over the belt anymore. So I was like, ‘let me go ahead and get slim”, he told USA Today. “I don’t want my belly to go over my belt, if you look at Charles’ he has a Santa Claus juicy roll belly, it is juicing your whole belly juicy roll cinnamon bun belly’”, he added.
The four-time NBA champion claimed that his hunger to avoid looking like his NBA on TNT co-host Charles Barkley was what spurred him on to get into shape. So, he got into exercises and made an effort to improve his health and get fit.
Shaquille O’Neal had a magical dietary plan for weight loss
Aristotle once remarked, “You are what you repeatedly do,” and Shaquille O’Neal used to live by that. He’d been transparent and forthright about his dietary habits. Saying that he found it much healthier when he practiced professionally and his present nutrition is really challenging. Before games, O’Neal claimed to have consumed two club sandwiches, French fries, and pineapple soda.
Shaquille has admitted that he could get down with consuming plenty of detrimental meals when he was younger. However, the 7-foot-1-inch man now makes a concerted effort to limit his intake of junkies.
