Stephen Curry’s wife, Ayesha Curry has been on fire after her fitness journey is looking incredible. Ayesha started the year strong by making her resolution at the start of the year. Curry lost 35 pounds in 2020 and has marched forward with her fitness journey. To do so, Curry changed her diet which would help her achieve her goal. This year Curry’s goal is to get in better shape and gain muscle definition.
Ayesha is the author of three cookbooks and has shared her recipes with her fans. This has helped her prepare perfect meals for her family and herself. Nonetheless, it’s fair to say she has put some serious work into herself.
She opened up about her goals on PEOPLE, “One of my big resolutions for January is going to be to build a little bit of lean muscle,” Curry added. “I’ve lost 35 lbs. over the past year, which I’m really excited about, but now I want that definition and I want to feel strong in my skin,” Curry continued in the interview. Ayesha has also partnered with MyFitnessPal, to keep track of her nutrition for her health challenge.
Ayesha made sure to not compare herself to others, especially to her husband, Stephen. “I’m married to a high-performance athlete who does it all. And I think I had to be honest with myself and realize that I can’t do that and I don’t have to do that to see the results that I want to see,” Ayesha explained about not making comparisons.

Ayesha received a lot of praise for her weight loss journey and for shedding 35 pounds. However, some fans are worried about Curry using improper means to achieve her goals. Recently Ayesha posted a photo of her on Instagram which was liked by 134K fans. Ayesha shared photos from Abu Dhabi when she visited the Women’s Day summit. She was dazzling in a black dress.

Despite receiving all the praise, some fans were concerned about her health, “I hope you’re doing okay,” one of Ayesha’s followers posted.
Another fan commented, “Please don’t ever feel pressured by the internet to do something.”
One fan even commented, “Girl eat some food.”
Regardless of that, Curry is doing what she feels is best for her.
Other than those, some fans claim that she is using improper methods in her fitness journey. Fans are referring to her as an “Ozempic Queen,” which is a popular weight loss drug. However, this drug contains side effects. This method costs $1,000 a month, which is no problem for her considering her financial status.
