The reason for playing a sport is to win. Not just win a game, or win a series, but winning it all. Some players have gotten close, and some have won the title once or twice. But there are only 4 active players in the league to win the NBA title more than 3 times. And LeBron James is one of them.
LeBron James entered the NBA straight from high school at the age of 19 in the 2003-04 season. Since then, he’s broken almost all records in multiple categories. He’s also filled up his trophy cabinet and bank account with that elite level of play. However, he’s also brought the teams he’s played for success with a minimum of NBA titles on every team he’s played for.
LeBron James shares rare moment with Draymond Green
The 2022 NBA season played out like a roller coaster. It had a lot of narratives with no real guaranteed winner. That level of parity is something that fans have yearned for. But the season still came to end with a dynasty continuing their domination over the NBA.
The Golden State Warriors beat the Boston Celtics in 6 games during the NBA finals. Stephen Curry won his first Finals MVP and they ended a 2-year playoff drought with a statement victory. This win gave Curry, Klay Thompson, Andre Iguodala, and Draymond Green their 4th NBA championship.
That made them, 4 out of the 5 active players with the most NBA titles. The 5th player is LeBron James. The man that played the Golden State Warriors in 4 straight NBA finals and was downright dominated by them. Most players would be salty or mad at their success.
“I was on the phone with Bron the other day, and I’m just telling him like, ‘Bruh, going from 3 to 4 is insane.’ And he like ‘Yo, I’m telling you, it’s crazy.'”

Draymond Green shared that LeBron James helped him express his emotions about winning a milestone only he’s achieved before. James even congratulated Green on his Instagram and looks like he’s buried the rivalry. Could the Warriors core get to 5 NBA titles before or after LeBron James?
