It is an enthralling finish at the Chase Center between the Golden State Warriors vs Memphis Grizzlies in the NBA. It did deliver to be an exciting game despite some harsh calls by the refs. Stephen Curry got his second technical which led to him being ejected, after an angry reaction. Jordan Poole is the scapegoat for infuriating the 2x MVP in the fourth quarter.
The Grizzlies ate away the lead from the Warriors. However, in a transition, Steph asked for the ball from Poole. However, Jordan Poole made a poor decision going for the three-pointer, with Steph beside him. Poole missed the shot, further infuriating Curry, expressing his anger by throwing out his mouthpiece. The refs called for a second technical foul, which led to Curry’s ejection.

The game had its fair share of the exchange of leads, however, it went down to the very end with 3 seconds remaining on the clock. The Warriors were in the lead, 120-118, with 10 seconds remaining. Ja Morant led the last transition for the Grizzlies, handing the ball to Brandon Clarke to get an equalizer.
However, the Warriors had the opportunity to take the game and they did. Donte DiVincenzo took a throw from the baseline at the offensive end, who found Poole for the game-winner.
NBA fans react to Stephen Curry’s ejection
Despite the poor decision-making from Poole which saw Curry get ejected he made it up for it big time. The Warriors took the game right to the buzzer. Nobody would be happier than Poole, for what he did tonight. However, even after getting the win on the night, Jordan is getting heat from the fans for his earlier decisions.
Fans started questioning decisions when he has the greatest 3-point shooter beside him. The feeling is mutual among the fans after seeing him miss the shot, rather than pass the ball to Steph.
Steph is a proven three-point shooter, which prompted fans to be frustrated with the attitude of Jordan Poole. Jordan despite being a good shooter, does not have a huge impact on the team at times. However, Steph does. A fan tweeted, “Jordan Poole got Steph hot. That’s a dumb** shot. He thinks he is hoopin for Houston Rockets.”

This team isn’t a dynasty for a reason. Poole and everyone else that wasn’t there from the start needs to realize that and give them their respect. If curry asks for the ball give it to him. Don’t shoot a brick. Kerr has been hyping Poole and divincenzo too much lately 🤦♂️

Jordan Poole thinks he is Steph curry sometimes smh

I’m starting to wonder if Poole is some kind of sleeper agent.

Not sure what was worse, the ejection or Pooles shot selection

Jordan Poole got his wish , gets Steph ejected and and can now throw up a brick to try to win it

The fans voiced their displeasure with the move pulled by Jordan Poole, however, some might even forgive him for the game-winning shot. The decision-making form Poole needs to be much better if he wants Steph on the court for the entirety of the game. However, it can be concluded that though Poole made a bad decision, Steph shouldn’t have thrown his mouthpiece.
