The upcoming Barbie movie is arguably the most anticipated Hollywood movie release of recent times. The film has gained a lot more attention on social media than any other movie following its release. Fans have been going crazy about it lately as it nears the official release date. Based on what’s been going on in the world lately, a picture of LeBron James in a pink women’s outfit has resurfaced once again. Similar images went viral earlier this year after a Reddit user uploaded them. They were created through an artificial intelligence image generator. Not all fans were aware that the images were fabricated until a couple of irregularities were identified.

Either way, the images circulated were almost life-like. James was wearing a pink skirt that reached below the knees, with a pink t-shirt tucked into the skirt and held together with a belt. The Los Angeles Lakers legend was also holding a pink handbag that matched the outfit.
A Twitter troll account photoshopped a cutout of LeBron James in the pink outfit over a Barbie poster. These days, AI has developed so much that such images are made to be extremely realistic.

Over the years, there have been several releases based on the Barbie storyline. The franchise blew up during the early 2000s as new versions of the character were released. Barbie doll toys were also a major hit among young children as well. The latest movie is a storyline created for all age groups to enjoy and take a trip back in time to relive their glory days. Barbie is set to be released globally on July 21, 2023.
The movie features a star-studded lineup with Margot Robbie playing Barbie. Hollywood’s beloved Ryan Gosling will be taking on Ken’s character. Other characters will be played by Emma Mackey, Ncuti Gatwa, and Connor Swindells of Netflix’s hit show S*x Education. World-renowned comedian Will Ferrell, Marvel’s Simu Liu, John Cena, Kate McKinnon, America Ferrera, Michael Cera, Anne Hathway, and musical artist Dua Lipa are featured in the movie as well.

Director Greta Gerwig’s Barbie is projected to earn a record-breaking $100 million on opening weekend as well. However, the movie has some serious competition on opening day as Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer is also releasing on the same day. Oppenheimer is a darker storyline based on the life of J. Robert Oppenheimer, creator of the Atomic Bomb. Both movies are guaranteed serious contenders to win multiple academy awards as well.
